1、 Usage and performance specifications
This valve is a safety protection valve installed on diesel/gasoline, liquid ammonia/gas ammonia, liquefied petroleum gas (gas), liquid phase and gas phase pipelines. It is used in conjunction with a remote gas source to control the opening and closing of the valve, so that in the event of a large leakage or even fire on the pipeline or storage tank, the gas source can quickly release pressure and the cylinder can automatically release pressure. The valve can quickly close to stop leakage, providing safety protection.
2、 Operating principle and structural description
A two position three-way solenoid valve is installed at the inlet of the air source of this valve, and the valve switch is controlled by a remote electrical control console.
1. Leakage alarm alarm channel, solenoid valve powered exhaust, and cylinder spring locking valve automatically closes.
2. The solenoid valve (press the red clip) controls the exhaust, and the valve automatically closes.
3. Manual opening: When there is a power/gas outage on site, the valve will automatically close. In case of emergency opening, press the manual device button and turn the handwheel to open the valve. (Note: When pneumatic opening, first close the valve with the handwheel)
3、 Characteristic Description
This valve is an air open single acting pneumatic cut-off type ball valve. In the working state, the solenoid valve is powered on to open the air source valve, and when the power is off, the solenoid valve automatically exhausts and the valve automatically closes Used in conjunction with a remote control console (microcomputer) to control the opening and closing of valves using a gas source.
Connect to the safety controller of the maximum temperature (or pressure) of the thermal equipment. When the temperature or pressure at the detection point inside the device exceeds the set limit value, the gas supply valve will automatically and quickly close, stopping the supply of energy.
◆ Connected to the gas (ammonia) supply pipeline network in the city or factory, it can be centrally controlled in the central control room and remotely controlled to urgently shut down the pipeline gas supply at the accident site.
◆ Connected to the central fire alarm system of high-rise buildings, it automatically cuts off the gas supply inside the building in case of a fire, preventing gas explosions.
